Moving On

Barbara Rühling facitating a Cisco Book Sprint

Many years ago I founded the Book Sprint methodology. It was a fascinating path from idea to method which I documented here.

Since 3 years, Books Sprints Ltd exists and we have a full team of nine amazing people working on Book Sprints. I held the title of CEO until recently, although it was a name-only title really. However, as of last week, I have completely stepped away and appointed Barbara Rühling as the CEO and Katerina Michailidi as the COO.

I have known both Barbara and Kat for a long time. Barbara has been the lead facilitator for the last 2 years and she is an amazing facilitator. Kat I have known since I moved to Berlin many years ago. Kat has been a very trustworthy and hardworking manager of Book Sprints for the last 2 years.

They are an amazing team and have a lot of Book Sprints experience between them. I am expecting we will see Book Sprints continue to go from strength to strength, continuing to do the good work it currently does while also exploring new ideas and opportunities. I’m very much looking forward to finding out what this next phase of the Book Sprints journey entails!

(I will remain on the board as the sole director and will be advising when needed).
